Absolutely the best we have experienced. The Whole building was spotless from top to bottom with some wonderful features and sitting areas that made it lovely and comfortable. Cheryl greeted us and gave us a tour of the building which made me feel like a VIP. The Breakfast was fantastic and enjoyed even more so because the ladies were professional but absolutely lovely taking time to have a good chuckle with us. As a bonus, the hotel was literally on the beach and we stepped out of our bedroom right onto it.

Booked in January to stay for a few nights, so we could visit our friends who moved to Mablethorpe a few years ago. Enjoying our stay so far. Very friendly welcoming people who own where we are. We have a beautiful view straight onto the beach. They make lovely homemade cakes for guests to help them to with a choice of hot drinks in a lounge area. As well as having your own facilities in the rooms. Will fill you in more when we have finished our visit.

Just home from night away in Mablethorpe my wife and I would both like to thank Michelle ,Steve and Cheryl for their welcome and kindness during our stay. Its been a tough start to this year but this wee break was just what was needed. Thank you all again we hope to see you soon Julie has already started working dates out

Spent two nights in the annex with our dog. Lovely accomodation. Great breakfast. Friendly hosts. Many thanks to Michele, Steve, Cheryl and Archie

only stayed for one night . arrived there after a three hour journey to fined it was easy to park in there hotel. we we greeted with a nice warm welcome. we were shown around and to our room . we had chosen one of the smaller rooms as we were only there for one night. it was a good size with a good size on suite. there was a tv with DVD player, tea making and hair dryer in the room . there was three sitting areas two down ins one upstairs. the one upstairs had two telescopes to use as the hotel was right next to the sea. we also had breakfast there there was a lot of choice and very well cooked . they do not take small children as they have no facilities for them. they have just won four in the bed.
