Lovely food, great service and beautiful views - so glad we found this café! Definitely a favourite we shall return to again and again. Also dog friendly, so a bonus for us!
Excellent position on the prom. Breakfast was okay without getting carried away. Ingredients a little cheap and cheerful but did include black pudding and hash browns. No fault of the place but there was 4 different dogs barking in the outdoor seating which wasn’t very relaxing. Cash only which meant a walk back up the hill just to get money.
Good food at reasonable prices, good choice on menu. Also a few gift/kids sruff to buy,very friendly service. Soups were nice here as was the curry sauce. Please note this place is cash only, which is probably the only drawback.
Perfect stop for a drink and ice cream. Nice service, toilets and staff really friendly. Cafe busy with diners. Nice. Will go back.
Never going to win a Michelin Star, but I'll give it 5 as what was served was hot very tasty and excellent value. Perfect stop on a windy Sunday afternoon walk. A great setting too.. Sadly closed over Winter from 07/11/22Food: 5/5
Good snack cafe but takes cash only! Bit of a problem if you have managed to park up and walked along hoping to enjoy refreshment by the beautiful beach! So you will have to walk up the hill into the little town to a cash machine where you will find nice little cafes there too! Beach cafe could lose custom this way. However to sit beside that beautiful stretch of beach and coastline when the tide is out cannot be beaten!

Large cafe in a great location . Particularly loved the 2 older fellas outside the cafe playing country music. Lots of seating inside and out but can get busy at peak times . Staff efficient and friendly . Menu was broad yet basic , but would please families.
The Beach cafe was very busy when we went as it was a beautiful day. It is cash only and on the day we visited the toilets were out of order directing us to the public toilets which charged 30p to enter. We ordered a wrap, a toastie and some chips which were all delicious. We sat outside overlooking the beach which was really nice. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. I recommend visiting x x
In our modern world it's rare to experience excellence in customer care. Today I actually experienced this when I came face-to-face with Edwina; her customer skills were impecable and her smile warm and welcoming. Thank you, Edwina. By the way if you are fortunate enough to be served by her, ask her who sang 'Just like Eddy'
