My first time having lash extensions. Katie did a phone consultation and shared pictures with me beforehand. On my appointment she spent another 30 mins advising and offering suggestions based on what i wanted to achieveand my natural lashes. She made me feel completely at ease. I absolutely love the result and couldn't have been happier. I couldn't feel my lashes at all, they are so natural and comfortable. Aftercare is excellent and Katie is such a lovely lady. Katie has just carried out realism eyebrows for me. I have been wanting to have this procedure for a long time due to thinning/disappearing eyebrows but have been very nervous about going ahead. I have been coming here for a long time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Katie always strives for perfection! With every treatment I’ve had, I always leave thinking ‘WOW’. I often show pictures of what I’d like the outcome of my lashes/ brows to be and that’s always exceeded. If you’re in need of any beauty treatment this place is my GO TO! 5 stars all around

I couldn't be happier with the whole process of working with Katie. My initial consultation showed me that Katie doesn't just offer a blanket service - she caters to style, preference and individual needs. She spent so long ensuring that I was happy with the treatment.  I then had 2 sessions of microshading and it has transformed my brows completely. They used to be very patchy and sparse - the photo below is them fully healed. I don't have to layer on makeup anymore - my new brows have made me so much more confident in my natural skin.  The procedure was slightly painful, but Katie was so kind and patient, and let me pause when I needed to. She also gave brilliant after care advice, even answering my messages when I had additional questions. Katie is fabulous. I cant recommend her enough, she is so professional and talented. She works so hard to get to the eye brows I would like to have and is very knowledgeable about how to achieve this. She is also a warm and lovely person who makes you feel fabulous.
