People are usually all to quick to complain but hesitant to leave a review. Of all the sites I visit and I visit a few this seems the most organised, clean and helpful. If I've ever had a grading issue the guys have been prompt and understanding in resolving. JOE at the main desk is ALWAYS willing and helpful if only everyone took a leaf out of his book the rest of the sites could learn a thing or two. It's taken a while to write this review but Joe honestly deserves it having helped me out on several separate occasions with a fair outcome each time. Thanks Joe! MEM

Always easy to collect cars and if any issue they sort it out straight way no issue

As you all should know this . Totally rude staff , I suppose they get enough thrown at them so it's just normal to behave rude.nHade to wait a long tome for the car to brought . Its was a great buy as the Marshall commented on engine noisy from front . But it's a smart car . Buyer beware the reports sellers . No parking for customers and . Just dump of hole .

I was waiting around 2 years to receive the credit note for JAGUAR I bought of them and EML was on, thay promised received email, but actually after left the site they ignored.n5 times I had conversations with them, they promised again, but ignored again.nMy experience was bad

The staff was courteous and efficient, and I was served promptly and professionally. I enjoyed a pleasant conversation with one of the staff members.
