Efficient business. In and out, Like any BCA site, looking very tired.
Shameless and Stupid staff I would say because I travel from London to pick my car up and after formal enquiries about my vehicle registration number and booking reference number they were looking for car keys and documents and they didn’t find anything they have lost it.!!!!nAfter over 3 hours of searching they realised they lost all documents and keys for the car.nAnd there was not only me we were 3-4 people waiting for the same reason they lost all keys and documents for 3-4 vehicles which been sold, paid and person is there for collection.nShame on BCA staff.nn!!!! Not recommending this branch at all !!!!!nnRisk of your time and your self respect because staff is extremely rude specially 3 ladies there.
