The service was great. The coffee was very average, too much milk in it. The iced tea was made as instructed and was good. The sitting area is also very nice

Always go to B&B when shopping in Norwich for great coffee and the best muffins I've ever tasted! Such a vast selection of flavours and so delicious! Now have to deliver one to my sister and mum every time!

Delicious muffin milkshakes with the best muffins we've ever tasted. The caramel muffin milkshake is devine! They could try to use more milk in the shake instead of crushed ice, especially for the raspberry muffin shake. Service was okay, tables were clean.

This was only our second time here but like the first visit can not Fault in any way very helpful and polite staff will be going again Mike and Sheila

Lovely coffee,nice surroundings and good service Very clean too.

A nice place to take a little break from your shopping. Very convenient location. Good selection of delicious muffins, interesting flavours available around Christmas. It also sells sandwiches, and hot and cold drinks. Plenty of seats available. Usually not too crowded so very comfortable.

Nice food and drink. Just very different these days

Love this place . Just feel could do with more variety & staff need to listen when u ask for something hotter than normal. Lack off feeling welcome from your staff. Second time experience this such a shame
