We order 3 boxes mangoes and one box was completely bad. I mailed them and shared the picture of the mangoes over the email but they were not ready to accept the fault and not ready to refund. They were arguing. I am awaiting for their written reply for next action. If they will not accept the mistake and refund, i will do the necessary legal action because they asked me to consume it. The lady took the phone doing arguments even i shared pictures over the email but she said it can be done over night and other non-digestive excuse to cover-up and avoid refund, she asked me to cut and eating without thinking it can be harmful for health. I reported over the email and awaiting for their formal revert for the next action
Please cancel my order 7132 immediately and refund my money please. There is no communication from your side to resolve my query. There are plenty of other options available to shop online. I don’t need to spend my money in an incompetent service. I paid about £8 for a delivery and there is no sign of my order and no answer from Your end.

Either they save electricity by switching off freezer or their frozen supply doesn't come in refrigerated van. I bought 3 kulfis few days ago and felt the boxes weren't cold enough. Upon enquiry i was told no no it is fine but when I re-freezed at home and opened the kulfis were fully melted, all the liquid was outside plastic packaging and stuck to box!! All 3 boxes!! Waste of my moneyand lot of hassle. Never ever buy from this sardarni. There has to be a limit of greed. Yiu shouldn't rob customers. Frozen items needs to be frozen FOR A REASON. I have the horrible photos but not able to find how to post them **** Update: Just by looking at owner's response, please do not assume that the owner tried to contact me or resolve anything. She just asked to send photos and my number 3 weeks ago!!
What a find! Varinder was very helpful in finding all the ingredients for my curry night. Very well stocked with produce that you would never find in a supermarket, and at an amazing price. I highly recommend this place, and with fantastic staff too. I'll be back! Graham
Amazing service, Whether it's a delivery or collection in store we always get fresh fruits and vegetables. We have been their customers since it first started and have never been disappointed. New website is easy to browse and shop for items. Friendly staff who are helpful and parking is easily available.
Extremely Horrible service. Made an order on 1st April and received the parcel on 13th April, Inspite of paying £7.99 for the delivery ! Bazaar foods didn’t even have the dignity to email me regarding the delay !! Moreover they didn’t even apologise for the delay, horrible service ! And when they delivered they dropped the parcel outside wrong house !I had to look around the location to find my box! Extremely dissatisfied & disappointed with their service ! Never going to order again
Tempted to give more 5 stars had there been an option. Never disappointed by the service and products. Especially impressed by the way they ask us to check the quality of vegetables/fruits and if not satisfactory they themselves come in another day with fresh version. Good job team !
Very rude customer service,no offence, staff is very well helpfull....but the prices is very expensive,then the prices in milton keynes for indian griceries....agin the owners,of you reach to them.....they have different attitude, like what the ***,seriously....its not acceptable.....please cosider in your attitude for yourowb business
Quite a decent experience. Shop floor has shelves mostly filled up with exceptional circumstances. Good deals. There should ideally be more Covid-19 safety regulations in place.
