Such a wonderful place and host.  The location was fabulous, right on the beach.  The host was a lovely, personable, gentleman who was a delight to chat with.  The room was well-stocked with nibbles, a microwave, fridge, and fruits.  We can´t say enough wonderful things about our stay. . . absolutely a pleasure.Rooms: 5/5

The owner David was a great guy, he upgraded us free of charge to a sea view chalet looking out over the bay, as he had one available.  This place is better during the summer months when you can sit outside in the warmer weather. We stayed for 2 nights.  Rooms: The room was OK, clean and tidy.

The location right on the beach is fantastic, the room I had was clean and comfortable, well-stocked, quiet, and surprisingly private feeling for ground level right on the promenade.  We had an issue with the credit card and resolving it with David was stress-free. Highly recommended!Rooms: 5/5

This was one of the best places I have stayed. Right next to the beach. Room looking out to the sea. Rooms clean and spacious. Had lots of food on option for breakfast and was restocked daily. Free complementary wine also. Couldn't think of a better place to stay. Will be backRooms: 5/5

I was and still overwhelmed by how wonderful the staff treated me during my stay. They went above and beyond what I could reasonably expect. This was a "bucket list" type of trip and the people there helped make it happy and memorable. Thank YouRooms: 5/5

This was our second trip to beautiful Bayview. Presumably due to Covid, restrictions the changes were necessary and stark. Everything was clean & we were well looked after, but our room was small and cluttered because of the additions necessary for breakfast provision. Hopefully when we return to more normal times, Bayview will revert to the communal, separate breakfast room? But we had a lovely stay and we will definitely return. Our thanks to all involved in these trying times.

One of the best B&B's I've been. Stayed there for two nights. I booked the 'Studio' and the 'Loft'. The studio features a seaview, small balcony, big kitchen and huge TV screen, bathroom is ok too although we didn't have a tub. Very clean and beautifully decorated You get your selected breakfast served in your room in the studio. The Loft doesn't have a kitchen or big TV, nor a tub, but you get an even more amazing view over the bay since your on the top floor and have a huge window. Worth a stay at all weather conditions. The breakfast is downstairs, which is amazing, esp. for a B&B. Super friendly staff. Stonehaven itself is also very clean and beautiful.

Beautiful room with amazing views over the sea, sound of the waves really relaxing from the off, absolutely spotless, terrific staff, very accommodating. All your needs catered for, first aid kits, ice for drinks etc..., breakfast delivered to room. Amazing will definitely be returning.

Love this place! Nice family business. They focus mainly on their guests and make them feel good in their home. The room was amazing. Also a lot of extras included, aid pack, needle and threat, snacks and drinks, and the best of all, whiskey while enjoying the see view! Highly recommendable
