An elderly relative has had their vaccination boosters here and the experience has been excellent. They have been patient and kind. I often pop in for toiletries and medicines and always receive a friendly service. I'd recommend.
Wonderful pharmacy. I have had my first vaccine there, and they took such great care of me! They were more than patient, understanding and kind with me - as I was quite frightened of having an allergy. I definitely recommend it!
Trying to get a Covid booster here and the staff refused to offer it even after explaining to him that I live with an over 80 years old parent. Had to go to another walk in vaccination clinic where I had no problem getting the vaccine. When trying to be responsible but got turned away by individual like this is really frustrating.
Lovely staff working hard to get people vaccinated. My girlfriend came here for a first vaccination and felt quite dizzy afterwards. The whole team were very helpful, making sure she was comfortable and ensuring she was ok before she left. Can't thank them enough.
I started off coming here for just the pharmacy when I moved jobs into the area, but over the past year I've been using the spa downstairs for treatments and it's been consistently great. It's always been friendly and professional and I've felt like I can ask for good advice any time I need it. It's also reassuringly hygienic which is something I'd been struggling to find in the area for casual drop-in sessions.

A friendly, local pharmacist that knows each customer and even recognises my voice on the phone! Have been going for a few years for treatments - there are a couple of rooms downstairs and it's always so nice to get pampered with an impeccable service and by lovely people too. Would recommend to everyone, and give ten stars if I could!
Very kind people. I had my first Covid vaccine dose here and felt dizzy after but they looked after me, monitored my heart rate, gave me glucose and water and so made me relax and feel better quickly. Thank you, guys!
Im always getting my facials and waxing done with Joanna, she is very professional and does a wonderful job. I always feel well looked after. I have recommended her to many of my friends.
I have been going to Bayswater Pharmacy for over 25 years. Hari and his wife are excellent and pharmacists and have frequently gone out of their way to help with sourcing medicines and good advice.
