Hands down the best car hire company I have ever used. They have simplified the process and provide the best kind of no-nonsense service that you could hope for. Why don't other hire companies operate like this? The big companies seem to assume you are trying to rip them off somehow - Bayfields just seem to trust their customers and provided great cars, great prices and super efficient service. Thanks.

Great service. Rented when they were Jolly Good Van Hire. Rented last month as newer company name. Still same great service. Van was clean, well presented and easy to book out. Great communication and friendly staff. Recommend will rent again. Great prices, good to support smaller firms.

easy process time to rent the vehicle, there is no deposit required which is very convenient. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, rented car with them like more than 6 times in last six months. Easy drop off facility by parking the car and dropping the key in the mail box. I noticed only one issue the cars are not cleaned properly in the interiors however twice the car was super clean in and out. I totally understand as they are running very busy and limited number of small cars they dont find enough time to clean the interiors with attention. I personally don't mind but I would suggest to give more attention to cleaning. Prices are cheap for one day but for long term hire I prefer Europcar as there prices are very cheap compared to Bayfield and cars are super clean everytime with Europcar.

Rented car turned it in early. They had no problem with it. Forgot a phone in the car. That changed all our travel plans. The car had already gone back out same day.. They found it made sure it was secure and rented us another car. Who can ask for more?
