We were very pleased with how well the servicing of our boiler went. Sean is very competent at the job and communicates well. He was careful in his work and cleaned up after he had finished.  He followed Covid safety measures and advised us what we needed to do.  We were so pleased we have arranged for him to come back in a few days and fit an outside tap.  Update: Sean came back today and carried out fitting an ouside tap from our sink. We were confident enough to let him get on with it and he did a very tidy and professional looking job. He cleaned up after himself and anti-bac wiped all the surfaces where he had been working. Bay Plumbing and Heating have done multiple jobs for me in the past. They have always been courteous, punctual, and fair with their pricing. Their work has been of a high quality and efficiently carried out.  I don't bother getting quotes from other companies anymore as Bay Plumbing and Heating have proven to be outstanding every time, in my experience.

Bay plumbing and heating did a boiler install at my property. Sean the engineer was very knowledgeable about the boiler and gave me a good run through of how to use it, and the work was completed to a very high standard. I would definately recommend using this company.

Bay Plumbing and Heating fixed my boiler, they arrived on time and cleaned every away when they finished. My boiler is working like new. I have already recommended them to friends and family.
