Is very poor company - no space for delivery - no knowledge about where to make delivery - 2 h driving around and large messy with pallets and other rubbish .Cars parked unsafe ways , with a narrow patch for lorry ways - I think HSE should visit side.
thanks to baxi employees stopping me from doing my delivery in a articulated vehicle all parked illegally Council have been notified also phoned the police said they will be sending someone down issuing tickets as this is an emergency access for estate also stopping access to a business
Worked there on work placement for 3 months. I really enjoyed it. Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to. I hope I can work with them more in the future
I have made a formal complaint and no one even is responding or picking up the phone! Worst company ever… rude staff avoid avoid avoid!!!
A one star is even too much! Waited two days for an engineer to attend who then has to order parts now told this will be another 5 days taking us to a week without heating or Hot Water. If your insurance company uses these to cover your boiler i would revisit your cover. The helpline is informative and does not care, poor customer services. Still no nearer to an answer disgusted !!! I will continue to post daily until this is resolved.
