Not impressed with having to queue twice.  I appreciate that the PO is one part of the business, and the WH Smith's goods are another, but it is ridiculous to expect customers to queue up at a till to pay for the cards one has bought, and then have to queue all over again at the second till, which is all of a foot away from the first one, to buy stamps.  The previous Post Mistress managed to cope with keeping the two businesses separation one till - these people need to learn to do so too.
