UNTRUSTWORTHY. They sent us the wrong battery then claimed it was the correct one. Then when the battery was returned they have not provided a refund we have been waiting 9 weeks so effectively they have kept £121.00 for no supply of goods. DO NOT USE THEM. Now pursueing the matter through Citizens Advice and Trading standards.
Do not use this company to buy batteries. I've been waiting over a month and still no delivery. Communication is practically non existent. I've been forced to take the matter up with my payment provider.
Ordered 2 wheelchair batteries never arrived March 2020 told they had them in stock gave them a week so asked to get money back £240.00 contacted support lots of times say they would refund but working from home now covid friend check to see if they were still sales open they was they do not reply to messages avoid
really first-class service. They explained to me how to take batteries out of the box, thus saving me £105 cost of new box. They advised which batteries I needed and despatched them for next day delivery within a couple of hours. I'm usually a cynic but this is service of the top order
