Lovely Arboretum. Beautiful trees and plants. You can spend hours wandering around. Decent entrance fee. Nice cafe attached with a nice outside sitting area. Great cakes and coffee. Also a neat garden centre on site.

Very calming atmosphere. We visited on Good Friday before the rain came! Lots of interesting things too see plus lovely cookies in the tea room. We will be back!

Great place to relax and unwind. Set in the most stunning countryside. Mornings have the best light on the Arboretum Really friendly staff and a wonderful cafe that you can enjoy the views from.

We visited the garden centre (bought some seeds) and the tea room and enjoyed the sun whilst sitting on the patio. Having walked here via public footpaths from the Caravan Club site. We didn't visit the Arboretum itself or the adjacent Falconry Centre as we felt they were quite expensive! A shame really.

This is a lovely place at any time of the year. From late January the snowdrops and cyclamen put on a great show, and this year the daffodils were starting to bloom. It's dog friendly, even the cafe and garden centre areas. Spend a couple of hours here and enjoy.
