Buyer beware. Happy enough to take your money but that is where the good service ends. Delivery was two days late. Check everything down to the last nut and bolt, open every box and unwrap each piece on delivery including literally every part of the shower fittings as after 7 days they will do nothing to help you if you subsequently find a problem.

BEWARE - We ordered products and then cancelled some as we had more space than we first realised but they do not refund efficiently or accurately. I am still chasing £270 odd that I am owed.

Not very good experience! deliveries were messed up. Can't get hold of anyone at the store. Then when you phone their customer service line it cuts out on you!

Nice display and selection. Pity they don't keep any stock, so when we went in to purchase fittings needed for the day they lost out on business.

Our experience of the bathstore so far has been appalling - I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!! They have failed on every aspect of our installation and we don't even have the bathroom fitted yet, so god only knows how bad things will get once the actual fitting is started! DO NOT EVER USE THE BATHSTORE!!!! If I could put a negative star in I would!
