Worst experience. Delivered our toilet broken which we then had to wait for 3 weeks for a replacement, delaying other renovations and costing money. The taps were wrong for the sink. Been in to store numerous times, left voicemails. This branch does not return calls or have any customer service skills. Will take your money and leave you hanging! I’m still waiting for my replacement taps and surprise surprise doesn’t answer calls or reply to messages. Avoid..

Ordered a bathroom cabinet and bathroom radiator We were misinformed by the salesperson regarding the power output of the radiator, it only produces half the heat he quoted. The cabinet arrived with screws missing, they did not respond to email, took several days to contact by phone. They sent out replacement screws but for a different product!

Awful customer experience. Wrong parts put in to design, wrong feet for bath delivered, when correct feet were sent these were missing parts. Called to get these sent, said they were sent. Rang back after not receiving anything to be told they hadn't ordered. When they finally did arrive they were still missing parts that we then had to go out and buy ourselves. Just realised other parts are now missing that are essential to install but given up and bought independently.

Went here and spoke to Kelly. She organised everything for us and the bathroom looked amazing. Got a full 3D image of the bathroom and would recommend...

One of the worst retail experiences I have encountered. Having waited 10 minutes to move into first position in the queue. I was greeted by a sales person who said that they could not deal with any enquiries today, but would ring me back. I am still waiting.
