I had a design appointment booked with plans, ideas, photos and measurements all ready to discuss and the sales man mugged me off with brochure after 5 minutes. He didn't even have the courtesy to offer me a seat beforehand, I've had better customer service at my local bus stop.

The worst customer service - I have been trying to contact them by phone and email every day for at least a week now with no response. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Bought a bathroom set including wooden furniture. Within a very short period we noticed some hairline cracks. Contacted the bathstore .A person identified himself as a manager arrived a for a inspection and later he confirmed that there is no quality issue with the products and cracks have occurred due to high humidity in the bathroom. My argument was if a product is allergic to humidity it is not suitable to sell as a bathroom product as there are high humidity levels in every single bathroom in this country due to the usage of hot water. In fact my bathroom has been fitted with 2 extractor fans from the beginning with a big window as well. At this point I started to measure the humidity levels by using a peter and recorded them . we noticed that soon after a shower within few minutes humidity levels come back to normal and during the shower the levels don't jump up in significant amounts. As we all know , we all should notice black mould if a place is exposed to high humidity with loads of fungus as well.in my bathroom had no sign whatsoever. Then I had to write numerous letter up to the CEO of the business and call technicians to prove that there is no excessive humidity levels in the bathroom .It was a nightmare. THERE WOODEN FURNITURE ARE OF VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR BAT HROOMS AS THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR HUMID PLACES AS THEY CONFIRMED TO ME INWRITING
