On a quiet Sunday morning we found exactly what we were looking for with the help of knowledgable and courteous staff. The showroom has a comprehensive array of equipment well laid out.

I don't like to complain in public unless I have to, but to say we have had a very poor and disorganised experience ordering a bathroom here - fitter cancellations at the last minute, cost miscalculations and order mistakes. Comunication between the store (sales), head office and local fitters is very poor. We are not moaners and gave them many chances to rectify the situation, but mistake after mistake (dozens) kept being made. I recommend you look elsewhere for your bathroom.

Just been to Taunton Bathstore to potentially buy a bathroom suite reviewed online. Two sales person in the shop. Spent close to 10 min looking around. No offer to help or assist!!
