Lewis at the Bitterne branch has been fantastic. We placed an order with him for two bathrooms and a cloakroom and from the the first of several! visits to the store, he dedicated a lot of time to us ensuring the design was just want we wanted and providing helpful advice regarding layouts. Due to discrepancy on architect's drawings we had to amend some of the plans. Despite it being quite a long time since we had taken delivery of the goods, he once again he sorted it all for us with no fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lewis to anyone.
This was the most disappointing and expensive retail experience of my life. I paid 15000 for two bathrooms. I was ripped off. The design was unworkable. The staff just want to make a sale and don't care about the final product. Their bathroom fitters are a joke. It took them 10 weeks to do a two week job! Please, don't give your money to these crooks! I wish I had done more research. Never ever use bathstore. Their show rooms are impressive. Don't be fooled.
I recently went to Bathstore to update my ancient bathroom and found the service exceptional by both consultants Lewis and Joao. They took the time to really listen to my requirements and I came away with ideas I'd never have thought of which will create a long lasting bathroom. Whenever I've called them relating to the products as there're being fitted, they've been very supportive through every step. The products are also very good quality and have a lifetime warranty.
The "FREE" PARKING IS 30 MINUTES from driving into the car park to being off of the car park which is apparently only leased by bathstore. Spent 6 minutes over the 30 allowed shopping in thier store. Got a £60 fine from the Parking Company that "Bathstore" has nothing to do with but allows the NPRS cameras to be installed inside the shop... no warnings about a parking time limit on the store doors or from the staff who admittedly were busy chatting on the phone for the whole period we were in there. In return we got some really nice bathroom kit locally in Sarisbury and Bathstore didnt see a penny of the £3000+ we had intended to spend with them. Hope the parking company enjoyed the £60. Bathstore were zero help trying to help sort this out - sloping shoulders company.
very helpful considering the situation the staff are in, Alex the showroom manager of the bitterne store was approachable and very helpful in helping us put together our bathroom, nothing was too much trouble thanks for the tea We will be ordering in the next few days shame the tiles were not available. Popped into the store on Sunday hoping to get some advice. One guy popped out, leaving one remaining who sat on his mobile phone the whole time. Didn't look up, smile, acknowledge us or anything. Safe to say we walked out and went elsewhere. 1 star us too many here. Terrible customer service. If that's the same every Sunday it's a waste of time opening up.
Very bad paid in full 7500 4 bathroom in February woz ment 2 b completed by 23rd of April but got put bk not sure when as can never get hold ov any 1 and no 1 returns call.now trying 2 get money bk being told 2 wait 4 manager.nightmare
The staff wasn`t helpfull at all he's rude and asked me go to the website straight away،to find the tab i need it.
Dreadful service here don't understand how they stay in business. GO ELSEWHERE.
