Went in to store not knowing what to do or where to start, spoke to Harry who gave us so many ideas and created a dream bathroom design. Great knowledge and smooth experience. 100% recommend

Avoid! Very happy to take your money, but once they have your deposit, Bathstore, Cheadle, don't seem to care at all. Plans drawn the wrong way round, no written quotation or confirmation of installation date given, promises of emails never received and then a phone call to say the installation date we'd been given verbally was being put back two weeks. No apology, just a demand for the immediate entire payment. Not even sure what bathroom we were supposed to be getting, or how much it was going to cost, as we've not been given it in writing. Complained and cancelled, promised return of deposit: "will just take a couple of days to sort" two weeks ago. The very worst kind of customer service: you might as well flush your money down your existing toilet.

Full refurb and supply received. Great service and communication. Spoke to Harry expert designer who made our transaction. Arrived on time and intact. Will be recommending to others with pleasure.

Starts well, but mistakes throughout with utterly uninterested after sales... as for the “manager” Harry Ahmed (who reviews himself to 5 stars below), I think I’d rather have a chocolate fire guard!! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
