The food is excellent - really good value and very hearty portions. Service from staff is also very good indeed. One of these days I'm going to leave room for a dessert though!
Absolutely beautiful meal! Came here for an anniversary meal and was certainly not disappointed. I had the steak which was cooked exact to my preference and my wife had the chicken schnitzel which could have fed two of us. We will certainly return in the future.
Got this sharer for 2 people, it could have done 3/4 easy but great value for £20.
Last night we had dinner at the golf club. It was our third time there in past few months. Their restaurant area is spacious, clean and has a comfortable environment. It’s presently the festive menu which I am sure will please everyone. Plenty of choice there and the food is first class. I had the cannon of beef followed by sticky toffee pudding. No complaints and the staff were met by my empty plates. I would suggest it’s a must to book in advance as although it was very quiet on our arrival at 1730 it soon filled up. Price wise it’s pretty average for a good eating place. We will be back.
Great staff service was exellant we were a group of 14 and we all started our main meal together food was delicious would highly recommend the golf glub for a group party or just a lunch
