He will put the pipe work in the most convenient place for him so he does the minimum amount of work required, but the pipework will end up in aesthetically inappropriate places (will need to be boxed in), for example, down the middle of a wall instead of in a corner, along the outside of a stud wall instead of inside a stud wall.  He will always refer back to his written quote and his default excuse is "I did what was in the quote" as his quotes are very non specific and generic to enable him to hide behind them. Whatever you ask him to do verbally, you need to ensure it is specified in writing and on his quote. Not willing to fix mistakes, blames everyone else, rude and aggressive to other workmen, when confronted he will get very personal and insulting, demands payment immediately and relentlessly (before even having a chance to review the work). Does not know the meaning of customer service. Please do not use this horrible man.

We've had a fantastic new bathroom fitted by the guys at Bath & Wilts Plumbing, would highly recommend them to any of my friends.
