A very efficient service. The plumber was courteous, knowledgeable and was on time. He did an excellent job on what could have been an awkward problem. I will definitely use them again. Another poster found their labour rates unacceptable. Well, you get what you pay for: they had to come out and assess the job, get in the spare parts, travel and employ someone to organise the billing. All I can say is that I now sleep better knowing that the toddler who sleeps directly underneath our flat is no longer going to be deluged with an unstoppable water leak. Bodger and Badger they aren't!

Bath Property Maintenance have been fantastic. I had a number of things in the house which needed repairing, replacing and improving. The work is of a very high standard and everything they have done looks wonderful.

Do not use these people! The first time someone came out for a plumbing issue, he was clueless and unprepared, having been passed on completely the wrong information about the job. He therefore called the manager who attended and promised to deal with the problem urgently. Heard nothing for several days and it was only when I called that someone else was booked in to come and see to the problem - several days later. This second person turned up 2 hours late so I was left hanging around waiting for the second time as it is a tenanted flat and I don't live in Bath. The job was carried out at an exorbitant charge of £396 for half a day's work. Although the manager had told me that the floor was easy to take up and replace, it was completely ruined in the process and BPM had the cheek to send me a quote for another £396 to put it right! Outrageous!

Horrid, absolutely horrid. Had a pipe leak within the walls that need fixing but the engineer late for AN HOUR before he showed up, and despite me explicitly explaining what the problem was he had no idea then just left. Phoned up trying to book another appointment, not only they did not have a slot but they said it will take a whopping 3 days to fix. Thankfully my stepdad is a builder and he fixed it in 2 hours, turns out the pipe leak is just a few inches above the leaking spot and only a screw needed replacing. Had i actually followed up with them i would be charged for thousands of pounds for a simple leak!
