Needed a new front door lock so contacted BL&K. Was treated courteously and respectfully, and the job was done quickly and with the minimum of fuss,and at a more than fair price. Can't recommend these guys enough. Many thanks...

I am the facilities manager for the Theatre Royal. Have been using Bath Lock and Key for years. The service and workmanship is absolutely first class. Highly recommend.

Brilliant guys.  Opened door to my business premises that had failed many a locksmith in not time.  Found them again 6 months later to open a front door lock that had been set in locked position and Key lost.  New replacement would cost circa £100.  The guys did it for a challenge.  Cost two beers.  Great service, cheerful guys couldn't recommend them highly.

the experience i suffered was very bodgy and amateur, and I cant understand why they keep on making excuses for themselves and denying everything-not recommended
