Went in for a coffee at 2.45 pm Was told no as all machines was switched off. They don't close till 3.30 pm. How can you turn customers away 45 minutes from closing.
Always stop here to buy buns if we are in the area. They are probably the best in Bath at least the best we have found.
Unfortunately the worst parsons in the south west. All the hot food is 100% guaranteed to be freezing cold. They don’t use parsons own cooked baguettes like most other parsons, The cappuccinos are half full. Good service tho I can’t knock the staff. Parsons needs to sort the food and get a heat lamp to keep food warm like most other parsons in the area have. Always go to parsons, normally for good food but everytime I’ve been to this one it’s cold and inedible. I’ve thrown any warm food purchase in the bin due to being inedible.
I had one of those good to go bags on Saturday for £3.99 where you dont know what you're getting it's just what's left at the end of the day really. Well I wish i hadnt bothered. Most of it was cooked too much, too hard and inedible. It ended up in the bin. I know it was only £3.99 but a total waste of money!
I don't often feel like a bacon sandwich. But as part of having breakfast instead of skipping it. I decided to have a bacon sandwich on my way to work. Bacon was rock hard I couldn't chew it. Did get my bacon sandwich. Chucked it in bin. Very sad as I wanted to eat one on my way to work every day.

Good food, and quick, friendly staff. The consistent service throughout covid times doesn't go unnoticed. However, the food on offer is pretty basic, with just the usual expected options available.
HORRIFICALLY RUDE STAFF! Witnessed the old grey haired woman with glasses be incredibly rude to a customer this morning just because he asked for a gluten free sandwich even though Parsons advertise themselves as offering gf. Recommend a change in staffing if you want to retain your customers in the future, absolutely appalling behaviour!
I had my first Christmas tasty pastry today. The service was quick and the food was ok
Cookies undercooked, but maybe a off day . Pasties smell and taste great.
