I recently purchased a used Honda CR-V from Bassetts which I saw advertised on line. The car was supplied by them from new and had been serviced and maintained by Bassetts all it's life. The car is a credit to them and it's previous owner being immaculate both inside and out. Everything feels so tight it drives and runs like a new car. The purchasing process was made very easy by Daimon the sales consultant who handled the purchase for me doing everything that he said he would with no fuss or problems at all. They also delivered the car to me in Worcestershire at no extra cost. Very happy with my purchase, Thank you Bassetts.

Attended for a full service and to repair a minor MOT advisory. Upon arrival everything seemed fine, until I saw the mechanic get into my Type R Fd2 without putting a seat cover on and was wearing oily clothes.  When I mentioned the issue to the manager after the work was complete they completed changed attitude towards me. I spent over 400 pounds and they just seemed to not care after that. I returned 2 weeks later because I had already made a booking to look at another issue with the car, I sat there for over 2 hours after booking a slot and the car hadn't moved. Again when I raised this with the manager it was overlooked and made me feel unsatisfied so....  I then phoned Honda to raise a complaint and I was told that the dealerships are franchised. I phoned my next dealership to get another costing and they were 30 pounds and hour more expensive! So I went the other way to the dealer in Cardigan and the gentleman was absolutely brilliant. They are far cheaper on the hourly rate and I can't wait to have my car properly looked at after such a bad experience with Swansea.

Purchased second hand civic type r sport line online ! Craig was spot on ,assured me the car was pristine! Talked me through finance / part ex hassle free no problems ,Even delivered to my door in Newcastle ! Very happy type R owner

Buyer beware, purchased a used vehicle, had to chase the warranty details after delivery, took them 2 weeks to send it, had an issue with the car repair bill was over £4000 and there warranty covers maximum of £2000, wish I had known before purchasing, or the salesperson telling me instead of assuring me it was a full Honda backed warranty for 12 months, not impressed and over £2000 out of pocket on a £20000 car.

Bought a car from Bassetts, a little over a year ago. Very happy with the car. Had it delivered free, from Swansea to the Scottish Borders. Car was as described. A couple of months ago, the wheels started to blister. Common on diamond cut wheels. My local dealer was reluctant to cover under warranty. Stefan stepped in and sorted it out. Another more recent issue, was again quickly resolved by Stefan. I have found that Stefan is always true to his word. Recently promoted and deservedly so. An absolute asset to the company and so refreshing in an industry littered, with poor customer care.

I recently bought a CR-V. My Salesman was Craig. Craig kept me updated and was able to assist, guide and update me through every step.

Just bought a lovely seconhand seat ibiza from bassets Honda. I was a little bit apprehensive as I had never dealt with a dealership before, then I met Brad! What an absolute legend of a guy from when I entered the showroom to when he waved me off as I left with my little beaut...  yes i did get back home..Brad will know what I mean also a huge shout out to Paul who sorted the finance side of things for me such a lovely guy...hope you  both enjoyed the chocs! And thanks again
