Very pleasant exoerience today at this store. I couldn't find waste pipes at either McBlairs or JP Corrys both great stores too so came here. The man who served me was corteous, knowledgeable and within minutes had exactly what I want 15m of soil pipe, bends and connectors. Helped me to the car with them. Top marks for service and would defintely use them again.

The staff are clueless the one with glass's seems like he is on drugs, I got my oil boiler from them and they sent the wrong one took me a whole day to get them to order me the right one which was delivered a week later, I would suggest going elsewhere as bassets cost more on most there products anyway.

Fantastic staff, great range, knowledgeable,  and great service
