Bought a giant cookie from the Grimsby branch for my son's 13th birthday. Bought several cookies in the past and was always pleased with them. It wasn't until I got it home I could see how thin the base was, and when I cut it it just broke up. It was very doughy at the bottom of it too. Very disappointed don't think I'll bother again, the quality has gone right down not worth what I paid. M,knight

Rude and ignorant staff, rammed over 5 cookies into one small bag then i asked for it to be seperated, it seemed to be a labourious task for them. Overall a horrible experience.

Always good for cookies, though you always walk away with more than you intended after you see the selection.
