It’s a bit of a trek but we went before the main summer rush so there were no queues and plenty of flavours to choose from. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The options are small 1 scoop, medium 2 scoops or large 3 scoops or a small cone or larger waffle cone. The flavours do change as they are made on site and their storage is limited.nWe had Malteasers flavour and honeycomb flavour one scoop of each. The Jammy dodgers ripple ice cream was very very good. The mint chocolate chip was full of nice size dark chocolate chips. We also tried the mango sorbet which was tasty and refreshing.nIt’s worth noting that there isn’t any parking directly outside Baskervilles and on street parking elsewhere is sparse. Maybe there is more parking elsewhere but didn’t see it.nWell worth a visit if you want to support small local businesses and get some real flavour.
Superb. Got a bit carried away when ordering as it all looked fabulous. It tasted fabulous too. Cheese scones especially good. All home made. We'll be back.
What a lovely cafe, visited on our way to and from holiday, lovely man running the show called Chris, he went out of his way to give me back my handbag which I had left behind. Nothing is too much trouble. Great coffee and delicious teacakes, well worth a visit.
I like them, service always cheerful, but the young man never misses a chance to spill my coffee
Currently sat in the sun in their forecourt having just eaten a two scoop, cherry ripple and honeycomb, ice cream and I can 100% understand how these two were award winners. My husband just demolished the pistachio scoop and looks pleased as can be. Highly recommend
