Stuart was great. He promptly fitted me in to repair my fridge on the same morning I called. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it. When the fridge presented a fault on another day, Stuart quickly fitted in once again and when the defrost heater couldn't be repaired, he took it upon himself to call an authorised shop on my behalf to find out options and prices. He didn't need to do that. He even spent time looking for prices of new fridges online in order to help me. Kind, caring, knowledgeable and efficient services provided. Thank you - I highly recommend Stuart and the Basingstoke Service Centre.
Posting on both Google pages to ensure it is seen. Fantastic faultless service. Washing machine stopped working suddenly with a full drum of water and no power. Came out first thing the next day, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it all within an hour. Very reasonable price and would definitely use again and recommend without hesitation.

Very disappointed. I called this company for my fridge issue. Their staff technician came to my home and checked the fridge and said it's not repairable. They charged £85 for maximum 5 minutes visit. It's so embarrassed and huge bill for a useless visit. So please beware..

Highly recommend this place for thier knowledge and expertise. They were very friendly and knew what I was talking about.
