Expensive parking, needs desperate refurb, South western trains very unreliable, staff helpful

The station does have friendly staff but I think the gents toilets on platform 3 deserves more TLC. It smells a little sometimes and because the taps need to be manually closed, I find them flowing occasionally, wasting water. I think paper napkins will also be helpful so that we can dry our hands properly before touching the door handle.

Staff handle cues quite quickly and provides a good link between Southampton and London.

I commute using this station. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is easy to use their services and have little shops all over to get a drink and a quick bite. Plenty of parking in the structure behind, although I find it pricey.
