On Friday 28th April, whilst sitting and waiting my turn at the Travel counter, I was so impressed by a young female assistant going about her duties. She approached seated customers with a bright and cheerful smile, inquiring if she could assist them, which on many occasions she did. Well done"Hannah" . Well done Basingstoke post office for hiring and training such a nice person.

It's sometimes so busy you could wait an hour to be seen. Other times it's straight away. Just avoid days people are cashing their pension.
