Been registered for nearly 9 years. Amazing service and staff. Very grateful for all the work they do and supporting family's with children. Always considering school runs and work times to fit in appointments.

As a family we have always received faultless treatment for a number of years now. Found all the staff really caring and as a practise deserve recognition for the good job they do

I cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. My dentist Hannah is fantastic. I'm very anxious and she is just wonderful I have had and will have to have quite a bit of work done. In fact the nurses, receptionists etc are just wonderful. Highly recommended and ever so grateful.

It has been a pleasure to use the Basin Road Dental surgery. I have to say Maureen at reception goes out of her way to help the patients in every respect ,an incredibly efficient lady My dentist is Doctor Hannah Kavanagh who is a credit to her profession ,she has a kind ,gentle understanding manner which puts her patients at ease and answered in detail all my questions ,couldn't ask for more I have found the staff at this surgery brilliant I

Just been here first visit, I am a very very nervous patient and have past experiences in bad dentists. Matt was so very kind and very calming influence on me and explained what he wanted to do and needed doing. So very glad I have found him, I came out of the surgery thinking this could be the dentist that dissolves my fear. Maureen on reception was very very kind hearted and could see I visbably nervous and again calmed me very calming influence throughout the staff.

Absolutely perfect. Excellent service and knowledge. Friendly and professional. I cannot recommend the Dental surgery enough.

Absolute joke of a dentist surgery I tried to attend my appointment I made for today for my really bad toothache from 2 broken teeth and was told that the receptionist that booked me was new and she shouldn’t have booked me in but they can see me if I’m a private patient…the receptionist was very blunt whilst saying this to me then said "I don’t really know what u expect me to do" with a disgusted look on her face…so thanks Basin road dental surgery you really helped

Great Dentist, the staff are friendly and kind, the resident dentists generally care about their patients, it's always nice to come in here for treatment, we are always well looked after.
