Absolutely disgusting attitude received from a blond women with glasses by the name of Debbie.nShe should be ashamed of herself and I will be taking this further via the complaints process.nWhen a staff member’s own colleagues are embarrassed and disgusted by her behaviour you know something is clearly wrong and she shouldn’t be working there.nDebbie was very rude, had a very dismissive attitude, and was extremely unhelpful. She knew how rude she was being. She provided no information other than other than sending an email which will take 10 days to get a response. And to make an appointment. Mind you she said all this with a nasty smug attitude.Given the urgency of the matter, exceptions should be made especially as the court hearing takes place in a few days. Debbie dismissed this and said it’s not important, which is a complete lie. As we needed the witness statement the counterparty provided in order to arrange a defence. How dare Debbie dismiss the importance of this.nIf I could give 0 stars I would. She is a disgrace to Basildon Courts.nSuch a shame because the other staff members have been extremely helpful such as Sharon, other front deck colleagues and the security.
Security are very good and friendly too about all I can say about a court building
Although I won my case, Assistant District Judge Holland frankly was lazy, and had a can't be bothered attitude. Couldn't be bothered to award my court costs, and couldn't be bothered to add the VAT I was entitled to, I also couldn't complain about the lack of service. Absolutely useless a complete waste of time and effort and money. Useless and not fit for purpose. Take your money quick enough though.
Can’t comment on the court process at this point. My feed back is in regard to the front desk reception staff. I had a query and found the front desk extremely courteous, friendly and most helpful. I was also made to feel safe inside the building with a quality airport style search on the way in. Well done and thank you.
What a kangaroo court this is. I had a pcn for parking I had paid in cash. When it got to court, the representative for the parking firm was sitting with the receptionist on the front desk, Judge Callaghan wasn't interested. That the parking machine was broken or the clements parking log could have been doctored. These people are all in it together.nThe justice system is very disappointing.
