Paul has Serviced my boiler every year for 5 years, always reminded when it's due and has never let me down. He has arrived on time and completed the job without fail, top service and a genuine  local tradesman. Would recommend him to anyone that looking for a Gas Safe Engineer.

Originally done my boiler for my flat back in June 2017. Thought I will give it a few months before I give it proper feedback, and everything works perfectly. 

Really professional and honest no sales men attitude. Done it in great time and really took time to make sure we were good with the final result. 

In regards to tidiness if you are expecting to get a boiler change without a bit of dust then dream on its not going to happen, its a messy job when done properly. However they done everything they could to keep the mess to a minimum in which the only thing left to clean was dust.

As i stated we have had the boiler working fine since it was fitted and would certainly recommend Basildon Boilers to anyone.

Really good paul done a excellent job friendly and everything done and dusted tidied up cleaned the worktops and hoovered up as well really pleased

Paul was very responsive and quick to deal with our boiler problem. Called him and he was at our home within 2 hours the same day. 
Although the boiler was too old and expensive to fix, he provided us with a quote for a new boiler and fitted it within a week. Fitting of new boiler on the day was outstanding as Paul was quick, efficient and left the place clean and tidy. Would not hesitate in recommending Paul to all my friends.
