Another baseo store i am please with... the staff in Stafford are polite and knowledgeable with products... quick and easy service in buying and valuating on products too... need to speak to google and sort out 10 star reviews :D keep up the good work guys...

I sold my oneplus one and bought an hp elitebook pro as advised by the sales staff. That turned out to be one of the best choices I made so far. Friendly staff and best place to buy electronics in bargain price.😀

It took 30 minutes to sell 4 games. There was nothing wrong with the games, they weren't rare or unusual or questionable in some other way. The person serving me was constantly getting distracted by doing other things and the person on the till next to us decided to shout a whole conversation across me to a customer on the opposite side. It takes talent to turn a 5 minute job into half an hour. Just not the kind of talent we need.

Worst ever customer service ever. The lady sell me a No formatted HDD, (so bad cause is privacy violation) and also not worked. Bring it back, Alex said to connect to the Mac and formatting by myself. Done it. After it, cause I don’t need anymore cause anyway doesn’t recognised from laptop as internal hard drive, Alex say to sell it back to them and if it’s working give me £15, instead of my £42 of refund (Brend new I took £47) or 20£ almost as voucher to spend in there. I choose to ask for another suggest from a more reliable store that took 30 mins for check it, instead a day, with the amazing response that the hard drive it doesn’t speed up as aspected. No refund were gave to me. After kick up the HDD once arrived home, I really like that store getting failure now.

Best place to upgrade your phone... staff is experienced and always help me find the perfect gadget for my needs, and they keep my budget in mind which most of these stores dont. Well done.
