Was shopping with my partner for an outfit for a wedding we were attending. Customer service is extremely lacking. Even when we tried to get help from sales associates they were uninterested in helping us find sizing & matching options. For such expensive clothing, as well as number of employees I would expect a better shopping experience.

An expensive store with cheap non-existing customer service. No one greeted us when we arrived and no one checked with us if we needed any assistance. Rest assured, I won't be coming back. A disappointing experience.

Thank-you to Jeff for his expert help in fitting my husband last minute. His clothing suggestions were done with an expert eye for his difficult to fit body frame and active lifestyle. Jeff was able to offer clothes in a casual yet dressy style. His new sandals are a favorite. Jeff's eye for size and potential taste is well-practiced. We will definitely visit this shop on our next trip to Halifax.

Need lessons in customer service. Walked in with intention to spend but no greetings, no conversation, nothing. Even tough to get friendly help when I asked for a little assistance. Feel like maybe judged with my shorts and golf shirt and flip flops on? Maybe if I had my Robert Graham clothes on
