My excitement for indulging in genuine Spanish flavours led me to order from Basco, a gem for Spanish products in the UK. While the initial delivery was mishandled by the delivery person who left the package outside without ringing the doorbell, causing the food to defrost, what followed restored my faith.nnUpon bringing this to the attention of Basco, their response was immediate and highly commendable. Displaying a keen sense of responsibility, they not only resent the entire order without hesitation but also ensured that a complaint was lodged with the delivery company. This proactive approach and their genuine concern for customer satisfaction impressed me immensely.nnThe products, when I finally got to taste them, were an absolute delight. Bursting with authentic Spanish flavours, they were a testament to the quality Basco promises and delivers.nnA minor hiccup in the delivery process doesn't overshadow the excellence of the products and the top-notch customer service.

1st order just before Easter, which took 2 working days for delivery. Not bad

ordered a couple of steaks as a tester for my new winter menu 7 days later had heard nothing!! how long does it take to box and sen a couple of steaks and if i cant trust them to send two i cant trust them to send 22! told that thats what standard delivery is!nWell if thats the case you can keep your steaks

I ordered from Basco for the first time as I had been to a Spanish restaurant which had some of the most delicious olive oil i had ever tasted. Having asked the restaurant staff what olive oil they used I came online and found that I could only get it from Basco.nnI was extremely please with the service and the way my order was packaged. I will most definitely be back. After I finish my 5 litres of yummy olive oil Thanks once again for a lovely shopping experience.nnSiana x
