My Local Doctor's. This sounds weird but it's a Great Lively Place. "Wheelchair Ramp from Car park to Main Entrance". Then along to a Very Large Airy Glassed Roof Waiting Area. Lots of Area's Up and Down and Now Lower Ground Floor to sit down and wait. The Doctor's and Nurses are Wonderful and so is the Staff at the Main Desk.(21st Oct. 2017 Blood Test soon and Blood Pressure too).

Administration staff is useless. They can't handle any situation: prescription, home address, pharmacy where to send the prescriptions, booking appointments, etc.

Not impressed so far but do we even have a choice.

The doctors and nurses are all great and caring and friendly but the down side is the customer service at reception is appalling
