Took 8 weeks to release my possessions from their storage. Then they added a £50 "release fee" for the privilege of accessing my possessions at a time that suited them because i (unsurprisingly) wanted to use a third party to collect them. Stay well clear

Appalling - if l could have given them no stars I would have. My wife practically had a nervous breakdown when we discovered one week before our move that they had forgotten to book us in. And apart from saying they were very sorry, they were absolutely no help whatsoever in finding an alternative. They may be an old family firm, but old Mr Bartlett should have retired years ago it was his memory lapse that brought us to the brink.

We have used this local family firm for our 2 recent moves. one of which went into storage with them for a while.... All aspects of the move were extremely well managed from initial quote to completion Courteous, with great care shown Highly recommend

Have used Bartletts for removals on two occasions (Mid Dorset to Yeovil, Oxford to Yeovil) and also used their storage facilities. Local family firm, very friendly and helpful, over and above the call of duty. If there was a cancellation, I am sure it was for a genuine and unavoidable reason. Personally, I cannot fault them and would very much recommend them to others. I have used other removal firms who have not been so flexible, accommodating or taken such care of our possessions. Thank you to all the team at Bartletts for making a very challenging time so much easier, stress free and even enjoyable!

Excellent service, couldn't fault them. Very professional, polite and friendly, arrived on time and were very diligent. Will definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for making our move so painless.
