My mother recently stayed in Bartlett’s for some respite care following a hospital admission. She could not have received better care at Bartlett’s. Every member of staff was supremely kind, courteous, caring and professional. I felt reassured knowing that my mother was safe and well cared for. Bartletts Residential Home is a beautiful care home and sits in stunning grounds. It offers exceptional care to its residents and families alike. The staff team across all departments show such dedication and willingly go over and above. It feels like home from home. To be highly recommended.
Such a beautiful home with lots of joy, love and fun. All the staff are incredible, whether they are carers, cleaners, cooks, nursing or laundry staff! Everytime I've visited I have seen examples of the above giving their time, patience and kindness to the residents.nThere are always fun and interesting activities/events going on and are very well attended. It's obvious that the activities coordinator and team, work brilliantly together with staff to achieve such results.nI love to visit Bartlett's and always have an enjoyable time.nEveryone is so welcoming.
