Terrific library, I've been coming here for ten years, study regularly and often bring my kids for the activities. Great range of books, terrific children's section and brilliant staff. One of Barry's treasures.

We had one of our launch events at Barry Library at the end of September, and it was a wonderful experience - the room was lovely, and really reasonably priced. The staff were so helpful, especially the technician who went over and above to find the cable we needed to link our computer to the projector - thank you! We will be looking for venues to hold training courses in soon, and we would definitely use your venue again.

The staff are all helpful, friendly..they are all brilliant. The services are for every age. The activities for children are all lovely, it's been a very important part of my daughter growing up...and now, my son is starting with Bounce and Rhyme. We love going to the library, to Barry Library.

An excellent library with great customer service. Handily situated in the town centre with ample parking, it has (as you would expect) the full range of library services, as well as a computer suite, and storytelling for the children. The staff are excellent too - this library is a singular lesson to the councils as to why libraries should not face closure, they are an essential part of the local community.
