Used to love this place but no longer. Since the change of ownership it has felt less friendly whereas previously it was like having coffee with friends. And going pork free in an Italian approaches being bizarre, and doesn't taste right. I don't like lamb/mutton but don't impose it on others! Only use for a coffee these days.
Small and not flashy inside like chain coffee shops, but very very friendly and bustling. Seems family run and everyone was welcoming. And lots of Italian sandwiches cakes soups etc on sale which look really good!
Ok but wouldn't rush back. Staff were pretty disengaged. Food just OK and priced above average.
Great coffee and food. All freshly prepared. Love their homemade tomato soup. Try their delicious Fritata. Great service and very welcoming staff.
Great local café. Coffee is good, and I've had a few soups and they've all been great. Bit small, last time I came I had to stand, but that's indicative of quality, I guess!
It's not Costa nor Caffè Nero nor Starbucks. It's a quiet cosy independent with good coffee and snacks. Used to have quality jazz playing but seems to be muzak now.
The coffee was good, as was the pasta I ordered. Decent cafe for a quick bite.
