Really stupidly designed station. No bridge between platforms and the tunnel  between them was shut.  Inadequate signage if you've never visited. No staff at 6pm on a weekday? Missed my connection and sitting in the rain.

Very confusing station. Not enjoyable for occasional users. Zero signposting to show clearly which path or stair leads to what train. Sometimes, they shut the staircases, again with unnoticeable signage when in a rush. Very long walk around to other entrance/exit access.

Nice renovation. Clean and modern station. Scot rail is great. I am a US visitor and really like the rail systems here.

Decent station with lifts available & ramps for wheelchair access.

Have never used it.Walked back too it from a walk..Ticket guy said can't get in this way..Ok...Go down the road near a nursery to get access. Ps you have 2 mins to catch your train..ok..walked too the place.nothing there.went back too ticket office guy..gave me same instructions.nothing there.ok turns out trains where off and he was talking about place too get a replacement bus but he kept on talking about trains and never even mentioned trains where off as he sold us tickets Shambolic help
