We recently had a new front door/side panel fitted. From Kevin coming out to measure up to the two lads coming to fit we had a great experience. They did a great professional job, very tidy polite and friendly. There are lots of colours and designs to choose from and we were given a 4/5 week turnaround but Kev messaged to arrange fitting after 3 weeks 5 days which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend Barrett’s.
Always an excellent service from Barrett's Windows. We had our usually small! front door and our back door replaced a few years ago and more recently we have had windows and an exterior door fitted to a newly built extension - Great service both times - from providing options to fitting. We will soon be arranging to have all windows in our house replaced by Barrett's Windows. And one day I will have bi-fold doors with integral blinds fitted in our dining room! I would highly recommend Barrett's windows - we wouldn't use anyone else :-
Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Kevin came out and provided a quote with no pressure whatsoever. Very competitive and a quality product. Windows have now been fitted and couldn't be more happy. The windows are lovely and fitted with care and attention. Left everything clean and tidy. We are now looking at having a new front door and won't be looking anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Kev and the team were absolute stars from start to finish. We had five sets of french doors fitted and a new front door. Not only is the product and workmanship first class but their customer service before, during and after fitting is amazing. Our new doors looked so good our neighbour came over, took one look, and arranged for Barrett's to replace all their windows and doors too. Thank you so much team BW.
Barrett's Windows replaced French patio doors with sliding patio doors. Most other companies couldn't do this as the size of our opening was "too small", but Barrett's Windows had no problem. Lead time from ordering to installation was not long, and the removal and replacement was only a few hours. Couldn't have asked for a better job - the quality of the doors are fantastic, and the installation was flawless. Absolutely no mess left, and no damage to the surrounding wall either. Highly recommended!
Excellent service from the beginning. Very pleased with my new front door. It has made a massive difference. Kevin was fab and not a pushy salesman! Fitters were nice and polite too. I would highly recommend Barrett's windows and I can’t wait to have new windows.
Finally got rid of the old brown double glazed windows, soffits, fascias and guttering. Such a difference, nice, bright and white. Thank you Barrett's Windows - great job. Would highly recommend.
They replaced all our windows and doors for us and did a fantastic job. The guys turned up and worked hard. Lovely finish and always willing to help with snagging issues. Not that we had any! Would recommend to anyone
Extremely pleased with my new windows and patio door. The service I received was faultless- Kev was always prompt and very helpful over email and the fitters were really efficient and hard working getting the job done well and leaving it all tidy behind. I feel great now my windows are looking perfect and are more secure than the old ones with complete peace of mind thanks to the warranty. All for a very reasonable price in my opinion. Would highly recommend.
The whole team made things simple and easy to work with. From having patience with us looking at options for replacing a French door and fitting. Good communication, very tidy after fitting and wanting to deliver a good result for us.
