A big thank you to Mike Parker and staff at Barrells Waterlooville who looked after our Mum and Dad when they passed away three weeks apart in January. From the first point of contact with Barrells, they were very courteous and professional. The family were treated with respect and compassion at our loss. Visiting the Chapel of Rest was dealt with care at an emotional time. The celebrant Lisa Lane conducted both funerals compassionately with mourners saying how beautiful the services were. Would definitely recommend Barrells at Waterlooville.
On behalf of my mum and the family, Id like to offer my sincere thanks and gratitude to Stuart and his team for such professionalism and compassion. Thank you so much for taking such great care of dad.

From the moment we phoned Barrells Waterlooville to enquire about a funeral for our lovely Mum they were amazing. Lisa, Stuart, Sue, Lorraine and Jamie all assisted us in one way or another. All were extremely professional but also friendly, kind and helpful. Nothing at all was too much trouble. We rang late at night... Gone 10pm...and the phone was answered and our worries dealt with. I changed my mind a few times about things and I was never, ever made to feel like I was being a pain. I felt safe in the knowledge that Mum would have the perfect send off and that whilst she was with Barrells she would be well cared for. We went to see Mum at Barrells and she was just beautiful. Every last detail was thought of by their staff and no matter how picky my requests were they were all taken on board and actioned with no issues. On the day of the funeral Stuart took care of us and I knew he was there to help us and assist us. He organised the celebrant for Mums service and she helped to give mum the amazing send off she deserved. We had so many comments from people both at the service, and afterwards about how beautiful it was. It was a perfect send off for our amazing Mum and I know she would be proud. Even after the service Barrells continued to be there for us. They collected the flowers for me, at my request. They kept Mums ashes safe until I was ready to collect her. Even then it was not a case of giving me the ashes at the door. Nothing was rushed. I was offered tea and I sat and chatted for a while. Mum was bought in carefully and given to me. Our experience of Barrells Waterlooville has been nothing but exceptional and on one of the hardest days of our lives they took control and ensured Mums day was just as it should be. Thankyou so much from Pete, Andrea, Mark, Chris, Joshua and Erin.
