House is great but lots of little niggles and when we moved in it wasn't finished to a high standard it was if they were still painting it the day we moved in. Latest issue is our garden its absolutely water logged they say you might get some but our garden is like a marsh. They have added some drains but not cleared the gully for it to clear into and now we feel they are just going to wash their hands. Our garden is so wet it even smells wet. I wouldn't buy another Barrett home with the way they deal with you after. Picture to follow even after drains. Poor.
