Moved in 9 months ago and we have had a lot of problems with mould all over house Customer service poor and time it takes to rectify problems too long You would think when you pay such a vast amount of money for a new build you would have good service but sadly Barratts don’t provide this I already have advised 3 friends to buy elsewhere
House on the High standard and really good customer service. They look after you once a buy is done. Very happy

Don't go with broacher please check display house to get an idea what you buying... Not happy some houses entrance facing fences rather than road entrance...
