Lovely clean park, nice walks, great play areas for kids. Had a cuppa and a slice in the cafe, friendly staff. Fishing is also allowed complete form and hand in the money by the visitors centre Mobility scooters to hire too if required. Thankyou. We will be back! X
Great for families, plenty of play area and picnic benches scattered around. Quite pretty around the lake. Not a very long walk if you're a fast walker, walked the long route in 30 minutes.
Nice little park with an excellent cafe the bacon baps are delicious, as are the cakes!. Dog friendly including the cafe. Couple of points to be aware of - the car park isn't very big so fills up quickly, and even the longer walk is only a mile. Oh - and someone can't do maths - look at the sign

A very pretty place with nice opportunities to have a lake side wander. There is a nice little cafe for your tea and cake needs. A nice touch is the number of benches dotted around the lake allowing for people to rest and take in the views.
Great place for taking the kids and walking your dogs. Loads of play equipment for the kids to play. Parkings ok. Lovely views. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely place for a walk. Lots of carvings and plaques to spot along the route and lots of information boards around. Playground: Nice play area, two areas great for younger and older children Restrooms: Clean and well kept
Beautiful park. Clean,tidy, lovely little cafe. Very friendly staff. It's a place you could spend the day. Lovely walks, open space for a picnic and an epic park for children to play on! We had a great afternoon here
Lovely place for a Sunday walk round for chilling out and keep your eyes open for the fairy doors, great cafe while there. Plenty of dog bins but no rubbish bins with a request to take your rubbish home. Parking was £3.20/3 hours and no discounts for disabled. Nice place
